「數位學伴」是教育部推動提升偏遠地區學生學習成效的計畫之一,。此計劃主要內容希望利用資訊科技的優勢結合甄選的在學大學生,透過網路教學平臺輔導偏遠地區國民中小學學生,期使受教學生能夠獲得較豐富的教育資源,提升其學習成效。然而新教學方式推動並不容易,除了須視教學端的教學內容與教學方式外,還須仰賴學習端課輔教師與學生的人際互動方式與學習意願及學習態度等因素配合,最終能否真正發揮功效,尚待深入探討。鑑於此教學模式發展迄今實際成效的分析並不多見,因此本研究即針對此計畫實施內容發展策略,進行相關分析。研究內容分成三個階段,首先選擇參與計劃之大學生進行訪談,藉以取得不同之伴學模式實施分類,並經由分群歸納出教學風格差異,其次針對學習成效建立評量辦法,以問卷調查方式瞭解在接受不同類型的數位輔導教學模式,不同學習風格的學生在學習態度及學習滿意度等方面的發展層次,最後依據整體實施成果與教學內涵導出具體結論,並提出實質建議,以供各校構建數位學伴平臺模式之參考。研究的分析結果為:一、在學習態度部分,各生學習風格在學術、技術、智力的過程及社會的課程中有顯著差異。二、在學習滿意度部分,各生學習風格在智力過程的課程中有顯著差異。三、聚合型和分散型學習風格者在各類課程表現均較佳。四、同化型學習風格者各類課程表現均較差。五、透過不同的課程設計方式,不同的學習風格者的學習態度與學習滿意度呈現正相關。

英文摘要

Distance learning companion is a project promoted by MOE for improving the learning efficiency of remote districts. The main objective of the project is to integrate the edge of IT with qualified college students and network facilities as a resource to improve the learning efficiency of remote districts students. However, the executing of new instructional plan is not easy, except the instructional content and techniques in educational part, it will also depends the interaction ways of teachers and students in learning part. The real implementing efficiency is still under investigating. Therefore, in this paper, we presented an evaluation to study the developing strategy about distance learning companion. The whole research will include three phases, first, the qualified teaching college students are interviewed to classified the learning companion style and group, secondly, the developing levels of student learning attitudes and learning satisfiability are evaluated with the way of questionnaire, which will deep understood the better type of digital learning companion. Finally, the conclusions are inferred by implementing results and instructional processes. The evaluation model may be provided for analysis and supported as a practical case for future study, meanwhile, it also pave the way for other schools distance learning companion developing.
