本研究透過參與縣市對學校的分區輔導會議的參與觀察、重要關鍵人士的團體訪談,以及伴隨新竹縣市精進計畫的協作等三條路徑,從理論與實踐現場的觀看與理解中,從專業協作與互助成事的理念下,針對目前既有的體系與正在建構的體系進行理論論述與實踐溝通,探尋在課程改革過程中可以實踐之地方─學校課程與教學專業協作途徑,並就觀念層面與具體實踐層面提出研究發現。

英文摘要

This study was conducted through observation of district counseling conferences in schools held by cities and counties, group interviews of stakeholders, and the enhancement program in Hsinchu County. By having a further understand of theory and practice, this study figured out a practicable approach within the existing system and the constructing system-the collaborative approach of school curriculum and professional teaching. The results included the ideas and strategies of curriculum and teaching cooperation between Local goverment and schools.
