本研究針對臺中市私立幼兒園教師為研究對象,研究方法以問卷調查法為主,訪 談為輔,研究工具為改編之「私立幼兒園園長領導風格與私立幼兒園經營績效量表」, 有效問卷為470 份,經描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、t 考驗、皮爾相關積差、逐 步多元迴歸分析研究結果發現,幼兒園教師知覺園長的領導風格各構面中,以「魅力 影響」為最佳、知覺幼兒園經營績效各構面屬中,對「軟硬體設備與空間運用」感受 度最好。 不同背景變項幼兒園教師知覺園長領導風格各構面,不同學歷與園所地域有部份 呈顯著差異、知覺幼兒園經營績效各構面;婚姻、服務年資、學齡、學歷、園所規模 及園所地域等變項,有部份達顯著性。園長領導風格各構面與幼兒園經營績效各構面 均呈正相關,幼兒園園長領導風格「工作倡導」、「知識願景」及「魅力影響」對經營 績效各構面有預測力。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between the leadership styles and managerial performance for the private preschool managers. Participants in the study were selected from the private preschool teachers in Taichung City. The questionnaire survey and interviews were employed to collect the data. An adopted Scale for Leadership Styles and Managerial Performance for Private Preschool Managers was used as an instrument. There were 470 valid copies of questionnaire. Data gathered from the survey were analyzed, using descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variances (ANOVA), t test, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, step-wise regression analysis, and post hoc comparisons. The results indicate that the perceptions of leadership styles of managers by the private preschool teachers reach high-intermediate level in all aspects, and the “charisma influence” ranks first. The results also show that the perceptions of the managerial performance of the preschool by private preschool teachers reach high-intermediate level in all aspects, and the “facility and space management” ranks first. In all the dimensions of managers’ leadership styles, significant differences are partly found among the preschool teachers’ perceptions by different education levels and preschool location. In all the dimensions of managerial performance of preschools, significant differences are also partly found among the different background variables by marital status, years of service, age, education levels, preschool size, and preschool location. There are positive correlations between leadership styles of managers and managerial performance of preschools. Among the leadership styles of managers, organizational initiation, knowledge perspectives, and charisma influence can be predictable of managerial performance.
