中文摘要

科技之發展導致國人工作型態從勞動工作轉變成坐式生活形態,身體活動量的缺乏易造成許多慢性疾病,其代謝症候群已成為我國重要公共衛生議題。近年來,參與單車活動的人口持續增加。但實際推廣自行車運動時,缺乏相關成效之研究,因此,本研究擬針對代謝症候群危險族群進行自行車運動介入後,分析其相關因子改變之情形,做為設計及推廣時之參考。本研究結果發現,經本研究所設計之每週3次規律的中強度運動計畫維持6週後,體重平均下降1.59公斤,空腹血糖值運動後均有下降,空腹血糖平均下降1.25 mg/dl,三酸甘油脂平均下降15.67 mg/dl,達統計上的差異,膽固醇平均下降10.44 mg/dl,未達顯著差異。研究結果顯示經由自行車運動可有助於生理代謝率的提升、降低體脂肪。

英文摘要

Development of technology has resulted in people working patterns shift from manual work to sitting lifestyle, lack of physical activity could easily lead to many chronic diseases, in recent years, the population continued to increase participation in cycling activities. However, the actual promotion of cycling, the lack of research related to the effectiveness of, and therefore, this study will focus on the cycling intervention explore user physiological metabolic changes, as a reference when designing and marketing. The results of this study found that the average body weight decreased 1.59 kg, mean fasting plasma glucose decreased 1.25 mg / dl, triglyceride levels dropped by an average 15.67 mg / dl, the average cholesterol decreased 10.44 mg / dl, studies have shown that exercise can help by bike physiological metabolism the rate of increase, decrease body fat.
