中文摘要

在各級學校朝向自主管理的潮流下,學校愈加多元化發展,同時,著重以學生為中心的發展模式,亦已成為當前教育改革的重要趨勢。本研究採取個案研究法,從學生立場為考量的觀點,描繪、分析一所學校的幸福圖像。研究場域為位於新北市的一所小學,在資料蒐集方面為該所學校網站及相關網站報導內容,及研究者實地觀察,在資料處理方面,本研究將各項次級資料審慎解讀、分析與詮釋,以真實地呈現研究結果。根據研究結果,個案學校的幸福圖像如下:(一)在空間活化的優美校園環境中品味幸福。(二)在使用許多遊樂設施之遊戲歡樂中感受幸福。(三)在多元化自由選擇的社團活動中體驗幸福。最後,根據研究發現提出結論,作為學校規劃與管理之參考。

英文摘要

Schools of each level are developing in the diversified way increasingly toward the tide of autonomous management; in the meanwhile, emphasizing the development model center on students has also become the vital trend of current educational reform. The case study was used in this study, it described & analyzed the welfare portrait of a school from the position on students. The authors took an elementary school in new Taipei city as study field, data were collected from the campus & related website as well as on-the-spot observation by authors, it truly show study results by interpreting, analysis & explanation of each secondary data, according to the study results, the welfare portrait is as below: (1).To taste welfare in the beautiful environment. (2).To feel welfare in the happy game. (3).To experience welfare in the club activity. Finally, a conclusion was offered as reference for planning & management of school according to the study findings.
