本研究目的是利用FOTOP糸統觀察法來探討教保服務人員實施30分鐘大肌肉活動中教學行為 之型態。研究對象為一所新北市公立幼兒圜的四位幼兒圜教保服務人員。經過歸納及分析後, 得到以下結果:一、四位教保服務人員直接教學行為時間高於非直接教學行為時間。二、團體 指導是四位教保服務人員常見直接教學行為,然而觀察中皆未出現測驗類目。三、四位教保人 員在非直接教學行為中皆出現管理工作,並且此項目占的比例與其教學年資成反比。

英文摘要

This research applied a FOPTOP system observation method to analyze preschool educators' teaching patterns during 30-minute-gross-motor-movement course. Four preschool educators from a public kindergarten located in New Taipei City District were recruited to participate in this study. The research was concluded as followed: (1) Preschool educators spent more time on teaching than nonteaching. (2) In teaching categories, these educators focused on mass activity instruction. However, testing was the only category not showing in their teaching patterns. (3) In nonteaching categories, these educators used managerial functions, and percentage of this category is inversely correlated with their teaching experience.
