中文摘要

本研究以社會交換理論,探討國中家長選擇補習 班行為之要素。本研究過程中,彙整相關文獻及 專家意見,並透過德爾菲法(Delphi Method)及層 級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)來了 解國中家長選擇補習班之關鍵因素。 本研究採取書面問卷方式,針對積極重視學生課 業的國中家長為研究對象,此家長表現出時常主 動詢問學生情形、常去補習班聊解狀況,常打電 話等的行為。問卷共發放40 份,無效問卷為4 份,有效問卷為36 份,有效問卷率達90%。 研究結果顯示,吸引、信任、利他三大衡量構面 中,對國中家長選擇補習班行為之關鍵要素,以 信任為最具影響的構面,吸引構面次之。其中前 五大重要評估準則依序為補習班教師教學專 業、補習班課後輔導、課程內容多元、補習班設 備環境、形象口碑。較不具關鍵評估準則為獎學 金制度、危機事件處理。

英文摘要

The purpose of this research is based on the Social Exchange Theory to investigate what the key factors the parents of junior high school students choose a cram school are. The Delphi Method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process will be used in this research. In other words, the literature review and a compilation of expert opinions will be considered while choosing a cram school by the parents of junior high school students. An expert questionnaire method is used in this research. The parents of junior high school students have behaviors of to ask about the student, to understant the cram school and to often make a phone .There were 40 questionnaires including 4 invalid and 40 valid。The validity of the questionnaire rate is 90%。 The result of this research showed that the most influential factor for the parents of junior high school students to choose a cram school is Confidence. The second one is Attraction. Meanwhile, the prior consideration key factors based on the indexes are as follows :the professional instruction of a cram school teacher, after school suppour schedule in a cram school, various curriculums ,the equipment and environment in a cram school, image and public praise. The less critical indexes are the scholarship and the crisis responses.
