在藝術史的發展中,許多藝術的現身與時代的大環境有著緊密的關係,而各類型藝術間的成型與特色,雖有先後之別,但彼此間卻共享著可不分割的文化意義與特質。檢視歷史,巴洛克時期的建築和同名稱的畫派與樂派分別以不同形式展現出共有的風格。二十世紀初的藝文界可謂百花齊放、萬家爭鳴的年代,隨著時局潮流的動盪不安,因著科學快速的演進改變,藝術家們被激發出前所未有的創意與巧思;因應而生的「印象畫派」與「印象樂派」有著許多相互關聯的平行發展,並置討論與探究有其必要性與必然性。本文將就繪畫與音樂中的「印象派」,探究其由來、創作基礎的理論與技巧、代表人物與作品。

英文摘要

The appearances of art have a close connection with the society in the development of art history. Even though there is a timeline for the establishment of styles in different arts, the relationships between cultural meanings and characteristics are extremely close. From the art history, the architecture of Baroque shared the same styles of painting and music by presenting the ideas in their own ways. At the turn of the twentieth-century, it was an era full of varieties in the artistic world. The creativity of the artists was inspired by the evolutional society and improving science. The parallelism of Impressionism in painting and music is existent. The discussions of both isms are required. This article will discuss both painting and music of the Impressionism in the area of origin, techniques and theories of the creative foundation, and the principal representatives as well as their important works.
