中文摘要

高強度鋼具有優異的力學性能-低降伏比、高初始加工硬化率、良好的強度 塑性匹配,符合現代汽車車體輕量化、安全、環保、節能的發展方向,因此,有 愈來愈多的車體係採用高強度鋼製作。就高強度鋼板的性質而言,隨著材料強度 的提升,其加工性反而會逐漸下降,其原因在於高強度鋼板的高熔點及高彈性回 復量所經常造成的尺寸規格不良與龜裂等所謂「彈回現象」問題所致。本研究主 要在探討高強度成形性汽車用鋼板的相關製作技術,包括:因應材料的適才適所 化的「Tailored Blank」技術、可降低成形時變形量的適溫鍛壓、可強化淬火硬度 的高溫鍛壓等熱處理技術,可增進讀者對現代汽車車體製作技術與發展趨勢的瞭 解。

英文摘要

Because that the low yield ratio, high initial work hardening rate and good strength plastic match of the high strength steels very satisfy the lightweight, safety, environmental protection and energy-saving requirements of modern vehicles, more and more high strength steels are employed to manufacture the bodies of vehicles. With the upgrading of material strength, the workability of the high strength steel will gradually decline. The reason is that the high melting point and high elastic recovery amount of the high strength steel often makes fail in dimensions and cracking of products (i.e. the so-called "rebound phenomenon"). This study will introduce some novel techniques for solving the above mentioned problem, such as the "Tailored Blank" technology, the cold forging technology and the hot forging technology. It can provide the readers to know the new manufacture techniques and development trends of the modern vehicle’s body.
