本文取清代王夫之關於「道器之辨」的論述，就其內容疑義，兩岸學者之不同主張，作一辨析。而由此「道器之辨」的論述，一則明其內容與用心，另則由宋明以來之展衍，以及王夫之在此用心之基礎上，對張載學說進行之修轉，探討其說於明清之際所標示的學術意義。
英文摘要
In this essay I narrate the different opinions of some scholars about the relation of abstract Tao and concrete instrument which is determined by Fu-Tz Wang. Then I explain my opinion. At last I try to point out that the view of Fu-Tz Wang is very important in the age of Min to Ching.
