本文在探討單柱型(Spar)浮體式風力發電機因波浪的作用造成風機運轉性能的變化,並藉此尋找合宜的改善方法。由風機塔柱傾斜及輪轂(hub)切線速度等影響入流風速的因子,發現浮體式風力發電機的平均輸出會隨縱搖角度振幅及旋轉中心至輪轂距離的增加而成二次方增加,但輸出的不穩性也隨之加劇。利用差分演算法求浮體在不同吃水深度下合適的重量,所獲得較短較輕之浮體可在相近的縱搖運動下,降低輸出的不穩定性,減少疲勞破壞發生的機率並降低成本。

英文摘要

This study aims at discovering the effect of wave-induced oscillation on a spar-type floating offshore wind turbine (FOWT) in order to improve the output of FOWT. Two main factors affecting inflow wind speed, tower inclination and hub tangential speed, were analyzed. The average output of FOWT was increased with square of the pitch amplitude and the distance from rotation center to the hub. The power disturbance was collaterally increased. Differential evolution method was used for finding proper weight of the floater with different draught. A shorter and lighter floater having similar pitch amplitude with the original one was proposed to alleviate the output disturbance, which reduced the cost and the risk of fatigue damage as well.
