口腔常見病變如紅白斑、黏膜下纖維化或良性腫瘤等，經手術移除病變後造成顏面軟組織缺損。臨床治療 為避免疤痕組織過度增生，常以皮膚或脂肪移植手術重建口腔軟組織缺損。但手術範圍較大或口腔咀嚼活動牽 動移植部位時，固定移植體就是新的挑戰，如頰側或唇部前庭區域。本文提供兩例口腔內頰側及下唇前庭區手 術與重建經驗，使用水熱塑固定板覆蓋移植區，利用材料低溫熱塑性質可塑型出貼合患部之形狀，提供均勻一 致之力量，減少皮膚移植體因口腔活動造成移位之風險。經覆蓋後之成果於7至10天後拆除。追蹤數月，發現 皮膚移植體貼合良好呈現健康狀態，無明顯併發症發生。(J. Oral defects like surgical wounds of leukoplakia, erythoplakia, oral submucous fibrosis or small malignant tumor need to be reconstructed with skin graft to prevent severe scar formation. Skin grafting to the oral cavity is often failed due to the mobility of the cheeks and lips that makes it difficult to hold a graft in position. We revealed two cases in this report to overcome the difficult problem. These cases were benign tumors of oral cavity, including cheek and lower vestibular area. The fine cutting Aquaplast Thermoplastic stent was adapted on skin graft. Then the stents were removed in 7 to 10 days, showing well-adapted, healthy appearing skin grafts without prominent shrinkage and devoid of any complications. (J. Family Dent. 9(4): 19-23, 2015)
