本研究主要內容是重型八輪軍用載重車側風穩定性分析研究。主要研究方法為利用電腦輔助工程分析軟體ADAMS®建立一虛擬車輛模型,模擬實車因受到側風影響,造成車身行駛方向偏移對車輛行駛穩定性之影響。以此模型為基礎,區分無負載(27,000kg)與重負載(34,000kg)的狀況,做定圓迴轉及側風操縱等穩定性模擬分析,再利用側向負荷轉移比率(LTR)作安全性判斷,藉此找出載重車穩態行駛之安全操作範圍,避免因「駕駛不當」造成車輛失控或翻覆,所得之結果可提供爾後國軍訂定車輛安全性規範,並可做為性能研改之參考。
This study focuses on rollover stability of a heavy eight-wheeled military vehicle under side winds. A virtual vehicle model built by CAE software ADAMS® was used to examine the deterioration of driving stability resulting from vehicle deviation under side winds. Two loading types, no load (27,000 Kg) and full load (34,050kg), were used to examine the rollover behavior under various maneuvers including constant-radius turning and side-wind blowing. A load transfer ratio (LTR) was used as an index to determine the safe operating range under various maneuvers to avoid rollover accidents resulting from inappropriate driving behaviors. The results may be used as a basis for determining the safety regulations for vehicle drivers and to improve the performance of the vehicle.
