歷代人們不斷向月抒發情感，咏歎心志。月兒此一迢遠神祕，皓潔充滿變化的形象，給予人們無窮盡的遐思，神話傳說、詠月古詩文紛陳。然而東坡中秋詞一出，之前咏月之作盡謝風流，唯東坡中秋詞如一輪明月，高掛天空，垂吊大宇，散發不盡的哲思與情韻，瀰漫充溢於人們心中，久久無法消散。東坡是中國文學中不可抹滅的一顆巨星，他一生於政治受挫，屢經坎坷，常藉由詩詞文以澆壘塊。他有三百多首詞，九十多首擁有「月」之意象，其中「中秋詞」四首有特殊描寫技巧與深刻的情感翻騰。「中秋明月」乃成為他一生「身如不繫之舟」「悲歡離合」「跌宕多姿」的見證。本文探討東坡四首中秋詞之寫作背景及書寫特色，並深入了解東坡當時之心理歷程。期望從古人的遭遇及心理的調適，找到今人安頓生命的楷模。

People of past dynasties continued to express their emotions and thoughts for the moon. The moon, far and mysterious, is full of bright and changeable images. It gave people endless imagination, so that myths, legends and ancient poetry emerged endlessly. However, since Dongpo created autumn festival poems, the other moon poems suddenly became inferior. Dongpo’s Mid-autumn moon poems sent endless philosophical charm to people's mind. Su Dongpo is an indelible superstar in Chinese literature. With the setback in his political career, he expressed his emotions through poetry. Among the three hundred lyrics he wrote, ninety poems have moon imagery. The four Mid-autumn Festival Lyrics have special skills and deep emotional description. The “Mid-autumn moon” became the testimony of joys and sorrows of his life. This article explores the background and writing characteristics of the four Dongpo’s Mid-autumn festival Lyrics, and tries to understand Dongpo’s psychological process in depth. Hopefully modern people will find a model to settle their lives through the experiences and psychological adjustment of ancient people.
