本研究以蔓花生於陡坡覆蓋為主軸,並於苗栗通霄進行試 驗,透過不同的種植方式苗植(A)、帶根阡插(B)和阡插(C)與初期有 無覆蓋雜草抑制蓆之雜草管理方式(六種組合),來探究何種方式可快 速建坪之效果,並探討其於自然坡面上之覆蓋率與沖刷情況,輔以 盆栽實驗、根系實驗及耐旱實驗,目的在於探討蔓花生其生長情況、 根系型態、耐旱程度和用於自然坡面上之覆蓋效果與沖蝕情況,綜 合探討蔓花生在水土保持之用途。結果顯示,盆栽實驗之觀測數據 透過ANOVA 之Scheffe 法分析,顯示苗植(A)優於帶根阡插(B)與阡 插(C)方式。透過盆栽與沖蝕場之根系實驗觀測可得知其蔓花生之主 根根徑為5 MM長度可達25 CM,其他明顯不定根長度可達4~10 CM 左右。透過耐旱實驗發現,斷水44 天之存活度為43%,斷水51 天 之存活度為0% 實驗植株完全死亡。現地實驗其覆蓋率透過 ANOVA 之Scheffe 法分析,其結果可看出初期無覆蓋布之管理方式 明顯優於初期有覆蓋布之管理方式;於初期有覆蓋布之結果為阡插 (C1)覆蓋情況優於苗植(A1)而苗植(A1)優於帶根阡插(B1);在初期無 覆蓋布之結果為苗植(A0)覆蓋情況優於帶根阡插(B0)與阡插(C0)

英文摘要

This study examined the steep slopeland cover of Arachis duranensis and conducts tests in Tongsiao Town, Miaoli County. Various planting methods, including rooted cutting (A), with-root stem cutting (B) and stem cutting (C), and weed management with or without cover weed suppression mat (six combinations), were discussed to fine methods for rapidly grow the cover. This study also discussed the cover rate and erosion on the natural slope. Potted plant experiments, root experiment and drought resistance experiments were conducted to explore the growth, root patterns, drought resistance and covering effect and erosion on natural slope of Arachisduranensis, and comprehensively study the usage of Arachis duranensis in soil and water conservation. The pot experiment observation data, after being analyzed by the Scheffe method of ANOVA, indicated that rooted cutting (A) is superior to with-root-stem cutting (B) and stem cutting (C). The pot and erosion fieldroot system experiments found that the length of the major root of Arachisduranensisat diameter of 5mm reached 25cm, and the length of other obvious adventitious roots reached 4~10cm. The drought resistance experiments found that the survival rate after 44 days without water was 43%, and the survival rate after 51 days without water was 0% when all the experimental plants died off. The Scheffed method was used on the in situ cover rate, and found that the management method without cover cloth at early period is significantly superior to the management method with cover cloth at early period. According to the experimental results of the management method with cover cloth at early period, stem cutting (C1) cover is superior to rooted cutting (A1) and the rooted cutting (A1) is superior to the with-root stem cutting (B1). According to the results of management method without cover cloth, the rooted cutting (A0) cover is superior to the with-root stem cutting (B0) and stem cutting (C0). The erosion experiments were conducted on the erosion depth through the erosion stakes at the land area without vegetation (J1) and the test region (J2), and found that the erosion resistance of the rooted cutting (A0) without cover in the early period is the best. In summary of the above results, the cover rate of the planting method without cover cloth at early period coupled with rooted cutting is the best. The erosion situation of the steep slopeland with Arachis duranensis cover can be significantly improved. The results can used as a reference for future application.
