集水區土砂生產、蓄積及流出之定量分析對於整體性治理規劃及防災有著一定之影響，本文以曾文溪為對象，嘗試建立集水區土砂收支關係，並進行土砂運移及土砂收支模式之檢定驗證，以確立模式可行性，分析土砂收支關係後，評估土砂淤積之危害類型。
