本研究利用塗佈方式製作濕式微多孔透濕防水織物,並以微波處理,使PU薄膜內部之極性分子運動,分析固化後膜體內之微孔數量、形態產生之變化、薄膜表面孔洞之分佈差異。探討不同微波功率(80W、240W),處理時間(5s、10s、15s、20s)所造成之影響。研究得知隨著微波功率與時間之提升,塗層斷面的孔洞排列將呈現規律化。隨其微孔型態之變化,織物之透濕度與耐水壓值將逐漸提升。
In this study, we made the sample via the wet process. Then using the microwave to dealing the film cause the inner film’s holes change it’s type and the quantity also changes the surface quantity. We discuss the influence in the different microwave’s power (80W, 240W) and the time (5s, 10s, 15s, 20s). The study discover when the microwave’s power and the time rise, the film’s tangent plane’s holes will become regular. But after microwave dealing the hole in the surface will lower then the un-microwave. Un-microwave dealing’s film, the hole in the surface after calculate about 113 holes. When the hole’s become more arrangement and the hole’s size smaller, the water vapor permeability and waterproof will go rise.
