中文摘要

本研究主要是以稻稈為基材製作無土栽培之栽培介質,經過添加聚乙烯醇水溶液(9%、10%、11%)與海藻酸鈉水溶液(2%、3%、4%)均勻混合,加入20g稻稈使用攪拌機均勻混合後利用微波發泡原理製作栽培介質,再浸泡於氯化鈣水溶液(3%)中使其與海藻酸鈉水溶液進行交鏈,達到固化之效果,樣本完成後即可進行發泡成形和物性之測試。結果顯示在10%PVA水溶液30g與3%海藻酸鈉水溶液35g混合20g稻稈時樣本成形達到設定模具之大小。樣本EC值約為1ms/cm,pH值約為5.55,均符合植物生長理論之範圍,最佳樣本含水率為770.47%,保水力則可達42小時,皆優於市面上常見基質。

英文摘要

This study is mainly based on rice straw substrate for the production of soilless culture cultivation medium, after adding aqueous polyvinyl alcohol (9%, 10%, 11%) and sodium alginate aqueous solution (2%, 3%, 4%) evenmixing, adding 20g rice straw using a mixer after mixing using the microwave foamed principle production cultivation medium, and then immersed in a calcium chloride aqueous solution (3%) with the sodium alginate aqueous solution crosslinking, to achieve the effect of curing, the sample evenly completedafter the foam forming and physical properties of the test can be carried out. The results show the sample when mixed in the 10% PVA aqueous solution of 30g of 3% sodium alginate aqueous solution 35g 20g rice straw molded to achieve the size of the set of molds. Sample EC value of approximately 1ms/cm, the pH value of about 5.55, are in line with the scope of the theory of plant growth the best sample moisture content was 770.47%, the water retention capacity of up to 42 hours, are superior to the common market matrix.
