中文摘要

本研究利用熱熔膠當作微膠囊之殼材(Shell),螢光染料為芯材(Core),以其殼芯比例1:1、1:3、1:6、1:9及1:12,分別於不同轉速300 rpm、600 rpm、900 rpm、1000 rpm和1100 rpm條件,應用溶劑揮發法進行製作微膠囊之製備。結果顯示微膠囊於10*20與10*30倍率之光學顯微鏡下之外觀呈現同心圓型態,並且成形效果良好。探討不同轉速條件下之溶劑揮發時間,發現當轉速達1100rpm時,可得溶劑揮發速度之時間小於30min。接著微膠囊於紫外線光譜儀之吸收值中顯示出,殼芯比1:9且轉速300 rpm時之吸收值最大,為2.281(Abs)。計算微膠囊之芯材包覆機率,當殼芯比1:9且轉速1100 rpm有最佳之包覆機率達98.15%。檢測膠囊之平均粒徑,顯示粒徑均勻分布,而當殼芯比1:3轉速1100 rpm時膠囊粒子最小為107.83 μm。

英文摘要

This research uses the hot melt rubber to treat as the shell material, the fluorescence dye is the core material, by its shell core proportion 1:1, 1:3, 1:6, 1:9 and 1:12, separately in different rotational speed 300rpm, 600rpm, 900rpm, 1000rpm and the 1100rpm condition, carries on using the resolver volatility law manufactures preparation of the micro capsule. The result showed that the micro capsule the outward appearance presents the concentric circle condition in 10*20 and of optical microscope under the 10×30 percentage, and the formed effect is good. Then the micro capsule absorption of value in the ultraviolet ray spectroscope demonstrated that shell core 1:9, and rotational speed 300rpm time the absorption value is bigger than, is 2.281(Abs).Calculates core of material gable probability the micro capsule, when shell core compared to 1:9, and rotational speed 1100rpm has the best gable probability to reach 98.15%. Examination capsule average grain diameter, demonstrates the particle size uniform distribution, but works as shell core 1:3 rotational speed 1100rpm when the capsule granule most is smaller than is 107.83 μ m.
