本研究主要採用三種不同腐熟度蔗渣堆肥,在不同活化溫度下進行連續二段式水蒸氣活化製備蔗渣活性碳,並以其元素分析、熱穩定性、熱重分析、比表面積為評估是否適合製備活性碳起使原料之數據。由實驗得知,其中6個月蔗渣堆肥活化溫度800℃含碳率高達98.43%且比表面積最佳值為984.37m2/g達到商業活性碳700~1100m2/g之範圍。而相對於市面上以椰殼或竹子為起始原料製備之活性碳,其產率大約為15~20%,但經過6個月堆肥後蔗渣在800℃熱重分析中,其產率卻高達79%之多。雖然需多經過一道堆肥的程序,但相對於實驗數據而言,以6個月的蔗渣堆肥為製備活性碳的起始原料具有相當優良的性質,且高穩定性的特性在高溫熔融時也不易產生凝集現象,有利於將蔗渣活性碳應用於製備聚酯母粒以供抽絲成機能性紗線之用途。

This study used three different maturity bagasse compost preparation of bagasse activated carbon at different activation temperature for continuous two-stage steam activation, and its elemental analysis, thermal stability, thermo gravimetric analysis specific surface area to assess the suitability of preparation activated carbon from the raw materials data. from the experimental results, six months bagasse compost activation temperature 800℃ the carbon content up to 98.43% and the specific surface area value of 984.37 (m2 / g) reached the range of commercial activated carbon 700 ~ 1100 (m2 / g,). relative to the market starting material for preparation of activated carbon coconut shell or bamboo, its yield is about 15 to 20 percent, but after 6months composting bagasse in 800℃ thermal gravimetric analysis, the production rate of up to as much as 79%. need more than a composting program, but compared with the experimental data, bagasse compost in 6 months for the preparation of activated carbon of the starting material has the excellent properties and high stability characteristics conducive to the bagasse activated carbon used in the preparation of polyester master batch for spinning into the use of functional yarn.
