本研究以海藻酸鈉為殼材,以薄荷精油為芯材,利用噴霧造粒法製備微膠囊。文中探討改變殼材海藻酸鈉與硬化劑氯化鈣的濃度對微膠囊成形性以及緩釋性質的影響。結果顯示在顯微鏡的觀察下可發現海藻酸鈉濃度在1%時的包覆效果不佳,濃度大於2%之後成形性漸佳。在2%海藻酸鈉及5%氯化鈣下具有最佳的效果。並且藉由不同緩釋劑添加量後所達到不同的緩釋效果,在緩釋劑添加0.5g時可達到8.5小時。
In this experiment, alginate as a shell material, peppermint oil as core material, the use of spray granulation was prepared microcapsules. The purpose of sodium the change of shell material sodium alginate and the calcium concentration on the shape of the effect and sustained-release of the microcapsules. The results showed in microscope observation can be found effective concentration of sodium alginate coated in 1% concentration of greater than 2%. 2% sodium alginate and 5% calcium chloride with the best results. Achieve different sustained-release effect and by there lease agent to add, add 0.5g of the release agent can be up to 8.5 hours.
