中文摘要

本研究是以海藻酸鈣添加馬鈴薯澱粉膠製作生物可分解性水苔,並觀察馬鈴薯澱粉膠不同添加量與吸水率和保水率的變化關係。結果顯示製作出海藻酸鈉與馬鈴薯澱粉膠的生物可分解性人工水苔樣本,乾燥後的樣本泡水後,具有膨潤回復性。其中又以添加12.5%馬鈴薯澱粉膠的樣本膨潤回復性為89% 較其他添加量佳。馬鈴薯澱粉膠與海藻酸鈉的混合比例對其含水、保水率的影響甚大,混合比例1:1的樣本之保水率較佳,可保水至16 hr才使之乾燥,混合比例 1:4的樣本因海藻酸鈉的比例較多,最大含水率為1983% 較其他比例佳。製造過程中攪拌轉速的增加對於含水率與保水率的增加也有其助益,當轉速為6000 rpm時,其最大含水率為1233%,保水率則由16 hr增至18 hr才使之乾燥。

英文摘要

This study is based on adding starch, calcium alginate gel produced Biodegradable sphagnum, and the effects of different starch gel to add volume and water absorption and water-retention rate of change in the relationship. The results showed that production of a 5% sodium alginate and 12.5% starch glue Biodegradable artificial sphagnum samples, dried samples of flood damage, may return to its swelling. Among them, 12.5% starch glue to add the samples swelling reversibility of 89% than the other to add the amount of good. Starch glue and the mixing ratio of sodium alginate on their water content, water-retention rate of the large mixing ratio of 1:1 water-retention rate of better samples could be water retention 16 hr before to ensure the lowest point of the water, mixing ratio of 1:4 for the samples larger proportion of sodium alginate, maximum moisture content of 1983% the proportion of good than the other. Stirring speed during the manufacturing process for the water rate and an increase in the rate of increase in water conservation has its benefit, when the rotational speed is 6000 rpm, its maximum rate of 1233% moisture content, water-retention rate from 16 hr to 18 hr before to the lowest water - point.
