本研究將高強力聚酯平紋梭織布經氮氣電漿分別以不同時間與功率進行處理,其目的為改善濕潤性以及使聚酯纖維光滑的表面成粗糙狀,浸漬RFL藥劑可吸收更多,與橡膠熱壓形成輸送帶成品具有較佳的黏結強力。本研究的處理時間有1、2和3分鐘與能量60W、150W和240W。由實驗結果得知,高強力聚酯梭織布經氮氣電漿處理後,使纖維表面從光滑變為粗糙,產生蝕刻作用,增加纖維的表面積;接觸角測試將甘油滴定於織物時,以間隔0.5秒連續測量20秒 ,經氮氣電漿處理後的聚酯梭織布接觸角可在14.5秒內達到未處理原布於20秒所呈現的效果,接觸角由70度下降至28.7度,經處理後的濕潤性顯著提升。經處理後的吸收速度較未處理快,濕潤性顯著提升。在橡膠熱壓製程中,纖維的粗糙區域可填入更多橡膠,由結果得知,最佳條件為處理240W,2min,其斷裂拉伸強力降低14.12%,符合工業標準降低15%以內,布與布層間剝離強力較未經電漿處理基提升了5.3kgf(43.4%),布與膠層間剝離強力提升了7.5kgf(55.9%) 。

英文摘要

This experiment is to study the result of the high strength polyester fabric pre-treatment by nitrogen plasma in different time and energy. The purpose is to improve the wettability and to make the smooth surface became rough polyester fiber, and then able to absorb more with RFL solution, finally, hot pressing with rubber to form better adhesion strength of conveyor belt products. In this study, by having 1、2 and 3 minutes treatment time with energy of 60W、150W and 240W. According to the result, the fiber changed from smooth to rough and etching effect was occurred after treated, the surface area of fiber was increased as well. The wettability was improved by the contact angle testing, and the absorption is faster than the untreated. In the hot pressing with rubber process, the rough area of the fiber is able to fill up more rubber. From the result, the best treatment condition is 240W,2min, the tensile broken strength is decreased to 14.12%, it is within industry standard for less than 15%. In the adhe-sion strength of fabric and fabric layer compared with the untreated has raised up to 5.3kgf (43.4%), and fabric and rubber layer has raised up to 7.5kgf (55.9%).
