中文摘要

本研究針對不同種類的樹脂及不同厚度對陶瓷複合板材其抗彈性能之影響。利用ANSYS10.0建立模型及LS-DYNA 3D 模擬分析,可判斷出最佳的樹脂種類及厚度,並進行衝擊能量分析,之後再利用實彈射擊測試以判斷陶瓷複材板的抗彈能量,再與模擬結果相互比對,分析出最佳陶瓷複材板的組合。經研究發現,當陶瓷複合板材添加樹脂黏著層時比未添加樹脂黏著層的彈頭損耗率高,且增加黏著層的厚度可提高陶瓷複合板材的抗彈能量,亦提升彈頭損耗率,有效達到抗彈效果。

英文摘要

In this study, Anti-Ballistic ceramic plates, aluminum and Epoxy Resin as the main material, respectively, to explore different types of Resin as well as the thickness of the ceramic material plate complex effects of the Anti-Elastic energy. ANSYS10.0 model building, as well as the use of LS-DYNA 3D simulation analysis can determine the best Resin type and thickness, and conduct analysis of the impact energy, followed by reuse of live fire tests to determine Ceramic Composites Anti-Ballistic plate energy, and then compared with the simulation results with each other, analyzing the best combination of Ceramic Composites plate.
