本調查於2009 年與2010 年之秋季進行，將往年以台東樂山為主的單點調查方法 延伸為多點同時調查。2009 年選定3 調查點：長濱鄉寧埔、池上鄉錦園及太麻里鄉樂 山，調查期間為2009/09/01~11/01，每週於週末假日進行2 天調查，結果共順利進行 17 日調查，共記錄2 科8 種遷移性猛禽，分別為赤腹鷹（Accipiter soloensis）、灰面鵟鷹 （Butastur indicus）、東方蜂鷹（Pernis ptilorhynchus）、燕隼（Falco subbuteo）、紅隼（Falco tinnunculus）、日本松雀鷹（Accipiter gularis）、魚鷹（Pandion haliaetus）、花鵰（Aquila clanga）。數量最多為赤腹鷹，單點以樂山累計18,023 隻最多；其次為灰面鵟鷹，單點 以樂山累計308 隻最多；其他遷移性猛禽數量均在數十隻以下。2010 年選定4 調查點： 東河鄉七塊厝、東河鄉銅礦、卑南鄉四格山及太麻里鄉樂山， 調查期間為 2010/08/24~10/9，主要在週末假日進行調查，結果共順利進行30 日調查，共記錄2 科 5 種遷移性猛禽，分別為赤腹鷹、灰面鵟鷹、東方蜂鷹、紅隼、日本松雀鷹。數量最多 為赤腹鷹，單點以四格山累計9,237 隻最多；其次為灰面鵟鷹，單點以四格山累計849 隻最多；其他遷移性猛禽數量均在10 隻以下。綜觀2 年的各調查點的紀錄顯示，赤腹 鷹在台東縣有穩定的過境數量，推測其遷移路線為從台東長濱以北進入海岸山脈，沿 著泰源盆地、七塊厝、銅礦、四格山經過樂山再沿中央山脈東側南下。灰面鵟鷹由於 在各觀察點記錄數量不多，因此推論台東並非為灰面鵟鷹的主要遷移路線。

This report provides the results of autumn raptor migration survey in Taitung county in 2009 and 2010. In previous years only Yaoshang in Taimali Township was used as the single survey site. While in 2009 and 2010 we expanded the survey to multi sites. In 2009 we chose 3 sites: Ningpu in Changbin Township, Jinyuan in Chishang Township and Yaoshang in Taimali Township. The survey was executed in weekend during the period 2009/09/01~11/01. After 17 day’s survey 8 species of migratory raptors were recorded: Chinese Goshawk (Accipiter soloensis), Grey-faced Buzzard (Butastur indicus), Oriental Honey Buzzard (Pernis ptilorhynchus), Eurasian Hobby (Falco subbuteo, Common Kestrel (Falco tinnunculus), Japanese Sparrowhawk (Accipiter gularis), Osprey (Pandion haliaetus) and Greater Spotted Eagle (Aquila clanga). The most numerous 2 species were Chinese Goshawk and Grey-faced Buzzard , with total numbers of 18,023 and 308 respectively in Yaoshang. In 2010 we chose 4 sites: Qikuaicuo and Tonggong in Donghe Township, Sigeshan in Beinan Township and Yaoshang again. After 30 day’s survey during the period 2010/08/24~10/09, 5 species of migratory raptors were recorded: Chinese Goshawk, Grey-faced Buzzard, Oriental Honey Buzzard, Common Kestrel and Japanese Sparrowhawk. The most numerous 2 species were Chinese Goshawk and Grey-faced Buzzard, with total numbers of 9,237 and 849 respectively in Sigeshan. Based on 2 years of data collected at different survey sitess, the Chinese Goshawk has shown a steady flow through Taitung county. Its migrating route includes the Coastal Range sites Changbin, Taiyun basin, Qikuaicuo, Tonggong, Sigeshan, and Yaoshang in the south, and then further extends into the southern Central Range. The low Grey-faced Buzzard counts has confirmed that Taitung is not on the Buzzard’s major migrating route.
