在現今功利主義氛圍瀰漫的時代,正向領導已成為校長經營學校的重要議題,更是校長應勇於接受的發展趨勢與挑戰,校長必須扮演有效引領的正向領導者,藉以提昇教師組織公民行為與學生創新表現。教師組織公民行為乃為學校教師影響學校發展與學生表現的重要關鍵,教師組織公民行為是學校教師內在具備的基本專業能力,校長應以有效的正向領導來引領教師將教師組織公民行為具體表現並藉由教師組織公民行為的強大力量正向提昇學校教學成效及學生學習表現。為了提昇學生創新表現,校長勢必須要運用適當之正向領導作為,在學校施行相關之行政措施與引領策略來強化教師組織公民行為的展現,藉教師組織公民行為的力量引起學生學習動機,以達提昇學生創新表現之最終目的。

英文摘要

Nowadays the utilitarian atmosphere filled, positive leadership has become an important topic in principal operations of the school. It is also the development trend for the principals who should have the courage to accept the challenge. Principals must play a positive and effective leader to lead, and to enhance teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and students' innovative performance. Teachers' organizational citizenship behavior are the key influence for school teacher s' and student s' developing school performance. Teachers' organizational citizenship behavior is inherent teachers to have the basic professional ability. Principals shall be valid and positive to lead teachers constitute the teachers' organizational citizenship behavior specific performance. And by the power of teachers' organizational citizenship behavior positively enhance the effectiveness of school education and student academic performance. In order to improve students' innovative performance, principals are bound to require the use of positive leadership as appropriate. In the school administrative measures related to the implementation of strategies to strengthen the show and lead teacher organizational citizenship behavior. Through the power of teachers' organizational citizenship behavior to conduct students' motivation to the ultimate aim of enhancing students' innovative performance.
