Extranodal lymphoma occurs in non-lymphoid organs and could be classified into primary and secondary. Primary extranodal lymphoma confined to single non-lymphoid organ, or only with regional lymph nodes. Secondary extranodal lymphoma involves more than one non-lymphoid organ and lymph nodes at other regions. In this article, we present the utility of FDG PET /CT in two cases of extranodal lymphoma: one is a case of primary renal lymphoma and the other is a case of secondary extranodal lymphoma involving liver and adrenal glands.
