本病例10 歲的男童長期尿床已多年，每晚1-2 次，合併有過敏性鼻炎，至中醫門診 診治。中醫診斷為肺脾腎虛，衛氣不固，經以玉屏風散加覆盆子，山藥，百合治療一個月， 尿床改善為每月僅2-3 次。後因父母照顧不當，未按時就診致曾尿床頻率次數復增加， 經檢討除父母照顧不當及未按時就診外，發現男童的體重較正常發育的兒童不足，且面 色恍白，體瘦，納少，顯示脾胃氣血化生不足，後處方改用補中益氣湯合補固腎氣的藥 治療。本病例提供小兒遺尿合併過敏性鼻炎的辨證施治，其對改善尿床的機理並不清楚。

The present case was a ten years male child with nocturnal enuresis 1-2 times for many years, and complicated with allergic rhinitis. He called on Chinese outpatient department and received diagnosis and treatment. The Chinese diagnosis pattern was lung-spleen-kidney vacuity and defense qi deficiency. The male child was administrated Chinese formula of Yu-ping-feng San adding herbs of Rubi fructus, dioscorea, lily bulb for one month treatment. The nocturnal enuresis of male child was only 2-3 times per month. Because of parents look care was inadequate, the male child could not call on outpatient department on time. The frequency of nocturnal enuresis was increased. The causes except look care inadequate and could not on time treatment, the male child body weight not enough, face pale, and input nutrition less which demonstrated his qiblood biotransformation insufficiency of stomach and spleen. So Bu-zhong Yi-qi Tan combined supplement kidney and Stream-Reducing herbs were administrated. The present case of nocturnal enuresis of child with allergic rhinitis offer identify patterns and administer treatment, but it improved mechanism of nocturnal enuresis unknown.
