世界衛生組織(WHO)在1990 年代進行的全球調查,影響人類健康和長壽,生活 方式和行為佔60%,另外作者西元2013 於本雜誌發表過一篇「中西醫整合論伏臥睡姿 之健康照護」,主要提出伏臥睡姿可改善慢性疾病之血氧不足。本文針對現代人不良生 活習慣,導致體內缺氧,及慢性疾病血氧不足者,提供血氧不足的健康呼吸養生法,分 動態的吐納呼吸養生法,及俯臥位睡姿的靜態呼吸養生法,以提供同道養生的參考。
Global survey of World Health Organization (WHO)in 1990, it influenced human health and longevity, sixteen percent were lifestyle and behavior. On the other hand, author once published a topic paper of discussion of prone sleeping on health care by integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in 2013 that shown prone sleeping may improve hypoxemia of chronic diseases. The present provide respiratory health regimen of hypoxemia caused by bad habits and chronic disease. Respiratory health regimen divided dynamic and static state. Dynamic is Breathing breathing regimen, and static state is prone sleeping of respiratory regimen. The regimen may provide fellow health.
