國際安全學校為學校與社區共同合作提供教職員生及社區民眾一個安全的場所與系統，而 近來國內學校申請通過國際安全學校認證已達70 所，而目前全球通過96 所，台灣的密度已居 全球之冠；而國際安全學校認證旨在推廣國際安全學校的理念及經驗，並透過指標來檢核並擬 定相關校園安全計畫，避免及預防校園傷害事故的發生，以確保校園安全計畫的落實。 本研究旨在進行國內學校推行國際安全學校認證之效益分析，調查方式採用文獻分析、實 地觀察、深度訪談，以瞭解國內國際安全學校基本資料，進行比對現階段大葉大學校園環境之 現況；而研究對象為大葉教職員生，從校安事件的數據來檢視本校校園安全環境，對校園規劃 與環境管理再行概念性的探討，尋得一個適當規劃架構，作為未來推行國際安全學校工作之參 考依據。 研究結果顯示校園安全與傷害事故數據並無顯著關係，即傷害事故多寡無法推斷校園安全 與否，尤其在初期進行系統性之傷害紀錄登記時；但持續且落實地記錄校園事件可提供充足訊 息給校方，以供校園安全政策之擬定執行，如此形成良善循環之效益，將有助於學校安全的正 向發展。

International Safe Schools are established by the cooperation of schools and communities to provide the faculty, students and community residents with safe places and systems. Recently, over 70 domestic schools have been certified for International Safe Schools while only 96 schools totally in the world are certified. This density in Taiwan wins first place. The goals of certification for International Safe Schools are promoting concepts and experience of International Safe Schools, and the related campus safety plans are developed through indicators to avoid and prevent injuries in campus from happening to ensure the campus safety plans are fulfilled. The purpose of this study is to realize the effectiveness of domestic schools through the certification of the International Safe Schools. The method of this investigation, including the literature analysis, field observation, depth interviews to understand the domestic and international safety school basic data, then compare the current status of the school campus environment; research object including faculty and students of the school, to review our campus’s safe environment from the school safety event data, investigate conceptual of campus planning and environmental management, and then found an appropriate planning framework, as a future reference for the implementation of international safety school project. The results of this study show The results showed that campus safety and injury accident data does not significantly related, its means the amount of injuries cannot be inferred that the campus is safe or not, especially in the early period of the injury records registered; but persistent and implementation of campus events recorded can provide sufficient information for school to make the better campus security policies, so the effectiveness of these goodness circulation will help the positive development of school safety.
