The purpose of this project is to build a Chinese biomedical image processing platform which was based on Matlab® and C++ graphic-user-interface (GUI) programming. With GUI layouts being arranged, we modeled and linked these window-based programs and objects. After compilered these integrated programs, users could execute them in local or global way on workspace. Those functions were contrast and brightness adjustment, human vision testing, image segmentation, image transformation, image enhancement, image reconstruction and image analysis. Under such a visualized and integrated environment with easy designing, expansion and flexibility, one could develop programs with rich personal characteristics; and even output analyzed data to share with Excel and COM files.
