本篇對於台灣所分離之白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)菌株進行親緣分析。共分離13珠菌株。結果顯示，僅以核醣體ITS區段即可區分與B. bassiana及相近之種類。

Since ten species of Beauveria were newly described worldwide during the last years, some of them based mainly on nucleotide characters, the aim of this study is to seek whether additional Beauveria species are present in Taiwan. There were 13 strains of Beauveria obtained. The collections, however, only revealed B. bassiana by ITS rDNA sequence analysis. It revealed that in contrast to previous findings in Beauveria, ITS sequences show sufficient resolution for discriminating between B. bassiana and closely related species and can be as useful as a barcode as for many other fungi.
