自台灣土壤樣品分離獲得36 株被拍轍，以Nile red 螢光染色觀察，挑選1 9 株可於菌絲內累積油滴的菌株進行 細胞總油脂測定， 其中有7 株含油量大於20% • ITS 序列顛緯分析顯示崖油被抽徹隸屬於Mortierella e longata 以 及Mortierella gemm~信用， 本研究結果顯示Mortierella elongata 本土菌株具產油潛力。

A total of 36 Mortierella isolates were obtained from soil samples in Taiwan. The accumulated lipid droplets in mycelia were detected by Nile red staining, and 19 strains were selected for quantification of total cellular lipids. Among them, 7 strains have lipid content more than 20% (w/w) of dry biomass. Based on the phylogenetic analysis of ITS sequences, oleaginous strains of Mortierella in Taiwan can be attributed to Mortierella elongata and Mortierella gemmifera. The results suggested that native strains belonging to Mortierella elongata were the potential oil producer.
