過去在一般產業中,均認為針對產品運用計畫性過時策略的結果,造成產品的品質 的提升。本研究係針對A19LED 燈泡產業為研究對象,確認產品過時策略於此產業的有 效性。同時,本研究運用達爾菲問卷調查法,藉由該產業專家的意見來了解計畫性過時 策略的有效性。此外,再藉由重視度表現值分析法,進 一步分析出該產業在對產品的 期望的上,過時性不顯著,但在產品品質及產品性能上顯示接受過時性策略。同時,在 產品性能的因素中,也有部分過時性的存在,這點特性取決於該產業中不同角色對產品 績效的定位。

英文摘要

The impression that the product quality was better in the past can be the consequence of applying a planned-obsolescence strategy in the commercial industry. Such strategy can be accepted as the norm in almost every commercial industry. The purpose of this research is to verify if the A19 LED light bulb industry is adopting planned-obsolescence strategies and their effects on customer satisfaction through an industry analysis. A group of experts from different areas was chosen to apply the Delphi method. The results of the Delphi questionnaire, analyzed by the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) approach, displayed no sign of obsolescence of desirability but obsolescence of quality and function in the A19 LED light bulb industry. Although the results also revealed the existence of partial obsolescence of function, that depended on how product performance was interpreted by different actors in the industry.
