中文摘要

隨著科技的進步與電子商務的盛行,消費者對於智慧型手機的需求也跟著改變。因此,本研究透過田野調查的資料蒐集,希望找到現行消費者的品牌偏好、未來購買手機品牌考慮的因素以及手機應用程式考量因素偏好等資訊。利用這樣的資訊揭露,從電子商務的線上對線下的觀點,提供相關資訊從業人員開發應用程式使用。如此一來,不但可以為雇主創造客流量,也可以提供不一樣的消費模式供消費者使用。

英文摘要

With the advancement of technology and the popularity of e-commerce, consumer demand for Smartphone also changed. Therefore, through the data used in this research was collected from fieldwork, hoping to find existing consumer brand preferences, factor to be considered when purchasing most want to buy mobile phone brand, Smartphone application considerations preferences and so on. Using such information disclosure and from the point of e-commerce to view online and offline, to provide that information to professionals to develop applications. Thus, not only can create traffic for the employer, but also provide different consumption mode for the consumers.
