中文摘要

許多的研究都證實,組織公民行為有利於組織的營運並提升組織的效能。本研 究以社會交換理論為基礎,聚焦於探討知覺組織支持對組織公民行為的影響,以及 情感型組織承諾對兩者之間的關係的中介角色。藉由收集來自台灣15 家農會939 份資料的分析結果證實,知覺組織支持對組織公民行為有正向的影響,以及情感型 組織承諾對兩者之間的關係具有完全中介效果。本研究進一步,根據研究結果,提 出對學術之貢獻以及管理意涵的探討。

英文摘要

Numerous studies have evidenced that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has positive impact on organizational operation and effectiveness. This study focuses on investigating the effects of perceived organizational support (POS) on OCB, and the mediating role that affective commitment to organization plays between the relationship of POS and OCB. Analysis of 939 surveyed data, which were collected from 15 farmer associations in Taiwan, indicates that POS not only has directly positive impact on OCB, but also has indirect influence via effective commitment. Furthermore, the contribution and managerial implications were discussed.
