本研究旨在探討高職男生不同變項(個人背景變項、父親父職變項)影響其父職角 色知覺與認同(涵蓋四層面:陪伴與支持、照顧與管教、教育與栽培、養家與身教)之 差異比較。本研究採用「量化為主,質性為輔」的混合方法設計。先抽選屏東縣市公私 立高職在學男生為受試母群體進行問卷調查,有效樣本達525 人,所得量化資料以T 考 驗、單因子變異數分析及逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法處理之;再邀請八位高職在學男 生進行半結構式個別訪談,所得質性資料以主題分析法處理之;最後透過三角檢定進行 交叉驗證。本研究結果發現如下。1. 在父職角色知覺與認同各分層面比較上,高職男生 評價最重要的是「養家與身教」,最不重要的是「教育與栽培」。2. 「父親管教方式」與 「父子關係」最能預測高職男生的父職角色知覺與認同。3. 高職男生受訪資料分析後浮 現其在父職角色知覺與認同上的六項主題。

英文摘要

The main purpose of this study was to explore what were the different influences of variables, individual background and his father’s fatherhood, on the perception and identity of fatherhood by vocational high school male students in Pingtung. There are four categories of fatherhood been defined, including “Accompanying and Supporting”, “Caring and Disciplining”, “Educating and Culturing”, and “Rearing and Modeling”. Questionnaires and Interviews were used as “mixed method designs”(QUAN+ qual)in this study. Some statistical methods such as “t-test”, “one-way ANOVA”, and “stepwise multiple regression analysis” were used to deal with the data from questionnaires. The method of “thematic analysis” was used to deal with the data from interviews. And then the method of “triangulation” was used to “cross-check” these results mentioned above. The findings of this study are as follows. 1.On the perception and identity of fatherhood by vocational high school male students in Pingtung, “Rearing and Modeling” was recognized as the most important, and “Educating and Culturing” as the less. 2.The variables such as “Ways of father’s discipline” and “Relationship between father and son” could predict more on the perception and identity of fatherhood by vocational high school male students in Pingtung. 3.There are six topics on “the perception and identity of fatherhood” emerged from the content of interviews with vocational high school male students.
