中文摘要

「坐月子」在中國的社會當中被視為是產後婦女一生中重要的階段,而產後婦女在坐月子期間於家裡休養、調養身體,配合均衡健康的飲食與中藥材藥膳的運用,以製作出坐月子期間的健康餐飲,使婦女在產後生殖器官以及身體的氣血、筋骨完全恢復健康,是產後婦女照護上很重要的一環。由於產婦於分娩時帶來創傷和出血,及妊娠、分娩時情緒變化,損耗不少元氣,稍有不慎則引起疾病。既然產後婦女坐月子調養身體已成既定習俗,因此努力改善產婦的營養狀況,導正特殊「坐月子」飲食的偏差。文獻內容主要探討產後婦女之營養需求及如何正確的運用食物與中藥材,以提供一個更均衡、更完善的飲食模式。

英文摘要

“Doing-the-month” is considered as the most important stage for postpartum women in Chinese society, besides that home-resting, body-caring, balanced diet and Chinese herbal medicine which be created to make healthy diets play the important roles for postpartum women to recover their genital organs, the blood circulation, and healthy bone structure. Because of the bleeding, bruises, and emotionchanges during laboring, these might cause lots of damages to our bodies. Once we don’t take care of the symptoms, they can bring us different diseases. Because it’s a culture for postpartum women to have the “doing-the-month”, the purpose is to provide balanced and well-prepared dietary styles by enhance the good nutrition intakes, adjust the wrong concepts, and instruct how to combine food and Chinese herbal medicine.
