近年來台灣食品安全事件頻繁,消費者對於食品安全與健康愈來愈重視,蔬果的農藥殘留問 題長久以來是政府及民眾所關心的食安議題。因應國際間複雜的農藥種類及新興農藥的出現,發 展快速的多重殘留檢驗方法是監測農藥殘留的重要課題。QuEChERS 是近年來所發展出的樣品前 處理技術,分為均質、萃取及淨化三個步驟,具有快速、簡單、效率、安全等優點。具備高選擇 性及高靈敏度的串聯質譜連接氣相層析或液相層析,可同時滿足農藥殘留檢驗定性及定量需求。 本文將介紹QuEChERS 與層析串聯質譜法於蔬果中農藥多重殘留檢驗的應用。
Over a past few years, a number of food safety affairs have affected Taiwan and consumer awareness of food safety and health raises. Government as well as public has concerned pesticides residues in vegetables and fruits for a long time. Development of a quick multi-residue analysis is a critical issue for monitoring pesticide residues due to versatile groups and new generations of pesticides. QuEChERS, a new sample-preparation method including only three steps, homogenization, extraction, and clean-up, makes analysis quick, easy, efficient, and safe. High selectivity and sensitivity of tandem mass spectrometry coupled with gas or liquid chromatography ensures the quantification and qualification of pesticide multi-residue analysis. This article reviews the application of QuEChERS and tandem mass spectrometry in multi-residue analysis of pesticide in vegetables and fruits.
