本研究利用雙射源電腦斷層儀分析探討冠狀動脈鈣化積分(CACS)和骨質密度(BMD)與相關因子之間的關聯 性。從2011 年1 月到2012 年6 月間進行骨質密度測量與雙射源電腦斷層掃描共333 位受試者。以Person’s 相關 分析評估,研究結果顯示鈣化情形好發生於左前降支(LAD)和右冠狀動脈(RCA),此外男性的鈣化分數約為女性 的兩倍。低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和總膽固醇含量與鈣化分數呈現負相關(r = -0.197,P < 0.01,R = -0.114,p = 0.038), 鈣化分數與骨質密度之間沒有直接的關聯。在過去的部分相關研究顯示,骨質疏鬆或流失是造成心血管疾病的死 亡率增加的獨立因素,甚至對於女性影響比男性更具意義。但於本研究中,骨質密度與鈣化分數的直接關聯性並 未被證實。

英文摘要

This study was investigated the association between calcium score and bone mineral density by using dual source computed tomography (DSCT) and dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA). The study population consisted of 333 subjects from January 2011 to June 2012. The coronary artery calcification mainly occurred in the left anterior descending (LAD) and right coronary artery (RCA), in addition male calcification score of approximately twice that of women. The low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and total cholesterol and calcification score a negative correlation (r = -0.197, P <0.01, R = -0.114, p = 0.038), there is not correlation between calcium score and bone density. In the other studies, the osteoporosis was the independent factor of cardiovascular disease, even for more meaningful impact on women than men. But in this study, the direct correlation between bone density and calcification score has not been confirmed.
