本研究以光激發光劑量計(Optically Stimulated Luminescence Dosimeter;OSLD)作為高能直線加速器吸收劑量 輸出量測,比較美國醫學物理學會(AAPM)之TG-21 號報告游離腔輸出之劑量差異。以高能直線加速器 6 MV、 10 MV 光子射束及五種不同能量之電子射束將OSLD 與游離腔在相同深度及條件做度量,比較光激發光劑量計與 游離腔在監控單位之輸出結果並探討其準確度。結果顯示兩著誤差小於3%,由此可知光激發光劑量計日後可作 為臨床量測劑量之用,它具有良好能量依存性、劑量線性度,讀值再現性及方便性之特性。
In this study, we use the optically stimulated luminescence dosimeter (OSLD) as the absorbed dose of high-energy linear accelerator output dose measurement, and compare the report of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) TG-21, dose difference of ion chamber output. Measuring the output dose of OSLD and ion chamber in the same depth and condition for a high-energy linear accelerator equipped with 6 MV, 10MV photon beam and other electron beam. Compare OSLD with ion chamber in the output result and discuss accuracy. The result showed the error less than 3%. OSLD will be applied to clinical measurement in the future, and it has well characteristic of energy dependence, dose linearity, reproducibility as well as convenient.
