磁振造影檢查是現今檢測腦部血管疾病重要的檢查項目之一,其主要優點具有非侵襲性及無輻射。本研究採 回溯性統計分析的方式,收集2014 年06 月至09 月接受磁振造影檢查的健檢民眾共209 位,並接受〝飛行時間〞 (Time of flight, TOF)血管磁振造影技術,掃描範圍從原先威利氏環,往下延伸至頸總動脈,分析頭部與頸部血管 病變的篩檢率。209 位健檢民眾接受3.0T 磁振造影儀器掃描,分別將威利氏環與頸部血管的檢查結果,分為第一 組:頭部血管有病灶及頸部血管正常、第二組:頭部血管正常及頸部血管有病灶、第三組:頭頸部血管皆有病灶; 結果有45 位(21.53%)頭部血管磁振造影有血管病灶,有6 位(2.87%)頸部血管磁振造影顯示有血管病灶,有9 位 (4.31%)頭頸部血管磁振造影顯示有血管病灶。就統計而言,三組之間年齡、性別其p 值皆大0.05,顯示無明顯差 異,但就頸部血管病變的篩檢率則達7.18%。TOF 磁振造影對腦血管疾病是良好的篩檢利器,能達成早期診斷並 進一步提供介入性治療。

英文摘要

Nowadays, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is one of the important modalities to detect brain vascular diseases. The main advantages are non-invasive and radiation-free. We collected total 209 patients undergoing health examination with Time Of Flight (TOF) MRI from June to September in 2014. Scanned area extends from the circle of Willis to the common carotid artery. The retrospective statistical analysis reveals 45(21.53%) patients with intracranial vascular lesions, 6(2.87%) patients with carotid vascular lesions and 9(4.31%) patients with both. There is no significant difference in age and gender between these three groups of patients assuming the significance level of 0.05.But in the neck vascular disease screening rate to 7.18%. The TOF MRI is a good tool to screen cerebrovascular disease, make early diagnosis and help evaluate risks of endovascular intervention.
