根據勞工安全相關法規的規定，新進及在職勞工須定期健康檢查，其目的為預防保健 及早期發現早期治療，以保障勞工健康與安全。勞工定期健康檢查可瞭解健康狀況及監控 職業傷病的發生。勞工一般體格檢查及健康檢查其檢驗項目應包括下列規定項目：尿蛋白 及尿潛血之檢查、血色素及白血球數檢查、血糖、血清丙胺酸轉胺酶(ALT 或SGPT)、肌酸 酐(creatinine）、膽固醇及三酸甘油酯、及其他特殊的必要之檢驗等。國內大部分事業單位的 體檢作業都委外醫療機構負責，政府主管機關未制訂國內勞工健康檢查機構的檢驗品質保 證之要求，導致勞工健檢之檢驗品質良莠不齊，檢驗結果也令人質疑。台灣地區勞工醫院 檢驗室應建立生化檢驗品質系統以提昇分析品質，生化檢驗品質系統包括：檢驗室管理要 求、技術要求及病人安全維護之要求，來確保檢驗室之能力與檢驗數據之正確性，減少重 複校正、檢驗之時間與成本，產生具公信力之檢驗數據為事業單位所相信。目前台灣區勞 工醫院除須接收國家衛生局督考及新制醫院評鑑外，也自我要求第三方認證單位來評核檢 視檢驗室是否符合醫學檢驗室之要求。CAP-LAP為國際認證機構，ISO 15189 為國際間醫 學檢驗室認證之共同標準規範，通過認證是檢驗室所追求的目標與未來之趨勢，可提昇檢 驗室的效能與品質，通過認證也是台灣地區勞工醫院檢驗室全面品質之保證。

According to the safety labor law in Taiwan, new labor and existing labor should do a health check regularly to prevent and treat disease earlier. In order to protect their health and safety. To understand the health situation and to monitor the occupational hurt by health check regularly. General labor test and health check should contain some mandatory items as follow list, urine protein, urine occult blood, hemoglobin and WBC counting, blood sugar, ALT or SGPT, creatinine, cholesterol and TG and other mandatory test items. Most of business companies are out sourced the health check to medical center in Taiwan. There is no test quality requirement for labor health check organization by government to results in different quality of labor health check and the test results are question. The labor hospital should establish the qualified system of biochemical test to increase the analysis quality in Taiwan labor hospital. The biochemical test system should contain management of laboratory, technical requirement and safety of patient to make sure the ability of laboratory and accuracy of test data and reduce the readjustment, time and cost of retest. It can generate powerful data to convince business companies. For the time being, hospital should be monitored by health authority and evaluated mechanism of hospital. Furthermore, certification from third-party would valid the requirement of laboratory as well. CAP-LAP is an international agency of certification, ISO 15189 is a common standard scope of international medical laboratory. It’s a trend and goal for a test laboratory to gain a certification to increase the efficiency and quality of laboratory. The certification is a guarantee of quality for a test laboratory.
