本研究提出雙自由度壓電式能量擷取設計,利用兩個貼有壓電纖維之振動樑將環境振動能量轉換為電能。根據拉格朗日力學及壓電力學,提出能量擷取之運動方程式以及電路方程式,可量化分析壓電材料受到振動時之電壓響應以及擷取功率。本研究同時架設量測平台,藉由振動產生器提供能量擷取裝置,量測輸出電壓及共振頻率,量測數據提供分析模型之修正參考。利用修正後的分析模型,可預測不同樑長度及迴路電阻下之擷取功率。
This study proposes a dual-DOF piezoelectric energy harvester. In the design, piezoelectric composites are glued on the energy harvester and the vibration energy can be converted into electrical energy because of the piezoelectric effects. Based on Lagrangian mechanics and piezoelectricity, the equations of motion and the equation of circuit are derived and the voltage and energy responses can be computed. A measurement setup is established and the experimental data including the natural frequency and output voltage are acquired by the setup and are used to calibrate the analytical model. The calibrated model is then used to predict the energy harvested under various beam lengths and resistance.
