本文描述一位十五歲罹患妥瑞氏症少年,因情緒調適障礙、衝動控制差,出現怒罵老師、拒絕上學及攻擊祖母情形而入院治療之護理經驗。於2013年5月18日至6月07日的護理期間,運用「精神衛生護理評估」,以觀察及會談方式收集資料,發現個案主要的健康問題為社交互動障礙、照顧者角色緊張、及無效性因應能力。在照護期間,提供個別性的護理措施,與個案建立信任護病關係,教導社交技巧訓練改善社交能力及人際關係、學習壓力處理技巧增進問題因應能力,協助個案及照顧者生活適應的能力。
This paper describes the nursing experience of taking for a fifteen-year-old male adolescent who suffered from Tourette syndrome. He stared his teacher, refused to go to school and attacked his grandmother due to emotional adjustment disorder and poor impulse control. The nursing period was from May 18 to June 07, 2012. In the nursing process, information was collected by means of a psychiatric mental health nursing assessment with an observation and interview methods. Patient’s health problems were as follows: (a) impaired social interaction; (b) caregiver role strain; and (c) ineffective coping. With the establishment of therapeutic nurse-patient relationship, social skills training, and application of coping strategies, patients and their caregivers increase their capacities to adapt to life.
