本研究以訪談、專家諮詢、文件分析等方法,並以立意取樣選擇研究個案校長與學校,從教師領導的在地觀點,以及個案學校的案例故事切入,探討校長如何將校長的領導力轉化為教師領導為本研究的焦點。最後,得到以下結論:一、教師領導是校長反思學校發展脈絡與在地文化,進而以領導策略賦能轉化的歷程;二、校長從學校發展的脈絡與整體觀彰顯教師領導的角色與核心價值,並回應到教師教學與學生學習上;三、以專業價值喚醒教師的自我認同與定位是極為重要且是必須的。

英文摘要

The study adopts interview, expert consultation, and document analysis to explore howthe principal transforms the principal’s leadership force to the teacher leadership throughthe case story and the teachers’ perspective about the teacher leadership within the school.The case study was selected purposefully from principal and who leads school. It can getsome notice of the study conclusion as follows: 1. Teacher leadership is empowered throughprincipal leadership strategies by reflecting the school context and the culture. 2. It shows theroles and the core values of the teacher leadership from the context and whole vision of theschool improvement by principal leadership. And also it responds to teachers’ teaching andstudents’ learning. 3. It’s very important and needs through professional value to awake theteachers’ self-identity and find who they are..
