中文摘要

本研究目的係利用行動裝置與遠距醫療影像系統之結合,並應用於臨床會診機制,提升遠距醫療影像會診成效,進而有效提升醫療品質及病患就醫上的保障。本研究採以任務/科技適配度模式為研究架構,並結合科技接受模式,利用問卷調查方式來分析中部某醫學中心及其體系採用醫療影像系統並以實際有使用該系統之醫護人員為研究對象。結果發現僅有任務科技適配度對系統容易使用沒有顯著影響外,其餘變數之間皆呈現顯著影響,其中科技特性對任務科技適配度、任務科技適配度對有用性、容易使用對使用意圖的影響最為顯著。研究結論為行動裝置應用於遠距醫療影像系統能有效改善臨床會診機制,在第一時間提供影像診療資訊,讓醫護人員做出最即時性的醫療處置行為,確實的提升病患就醫之醫療品質及符合醫院評鑑“以病人安全為中心”之理念。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to use mobile devices and applications in conjunction with the teleradiology systems, with applying to the original medical mechanism. Not only to enhance the utility of teleradiology but also improve the healthcare quality with the security of patient during all the medical treatment procedure. This study use the combined task / technology fit (TTF) model and technology acceptance model (TAM) for the conceptual framework. With using questionnaire to survey the samples in a medical center in central Taiwan which use teleradiology systems currently. The empirical results showed that except the TAM has not significant effect on the ease of use, the other variables with significant effects were found. The research conclusion that the mobile devices applied to the teleradiology systems can improve the original medical referral mechanism and provide the image of diagnosis at the initial stage of time. Therefore the health care workers can make the most appropriate medical treatment immediately to improve the healthcare quality and confirm the patient-centered concept of accreditation.
