隨著全球區域經濟整合札如火如荼加速擴大之際，對我國經貿構成的威脅與日俱增，尤其東協加一、加三、加六結盟如雨後春筍，對我國帶來的衝擊更不可等閒視之。且區域經濟整合也對其他國家造成強大衝擊，所以我們可效仿其他國家之因應策略，以增強我國競爭優勢。有鑑於此，本文主要在於探討南韓及印度面臨區域經濟整合的因應之道，以做為我國努力之方向與仿效標的。最後，本文提出研究結論及建議，供政府及產業學界參考。期盼經由各界之努力，我國可以順利加入東協之區域經濟整合，並與其他國家簽訂FTA，為我國對外貿易帶來嶄新的里程碑。

The accelerating speed of global regional economic integration increasingly threatens Taiwanese economy. Especially, after ASEAN plus one, plus three, plus six alliances are established, policy makers and industrial managers should pay much more attention to this impact on Taiwan. As regional economic integration also causes a strong impact on other countries, we can follow the strategies of other countries to enhance our competitiveness, so that our country will be added to the next ASEAN plus N. For this reason, this study intends to explore South Korea and India’s strategies for joining ASEAN, which may provide policy implications for Taiwanese government and other countries as well. Finally, this paper presents conclusions and suggestions for industries in anticipating Taiwan’s inclusion of ASEAN plus N, which carries a new outlook for Taiwan.
