為改善傳統胡琴演奏時,高音有音量較弱、明亮度較差,以及合奏時音色統一的問題,香港中樂團以聚酯薄膜取代蛇皮,並擴及整個胡琴類家族。本論文由頻譜分析角度出發,檢視環保二胡、環保高胡、環保中胡和環保革胡等,有關音色的數據,從而由對此議題提出看法。
