在全球市場激烈競爭產業環境中，經濟模式已逐漸趨向全球化及區域整合，海運公司對於匯率、利率、船隊、船期、船班、油價、戰爭、港口罷工、動亂等因素，皆是引影響戰情中心重要之決策因子。本研究主要是商業智慧技術的運用，建置企業專案戰情室，以協同合作方向，企業應用整合，包括企業資源規劃，供應鍵系統，顧客關係管理與外部戰情中心重要之決策因子資訊系統的整合，建置戰情室多型態數位儀表版、以視覺化的圖表及儀表板方式予以完整呈現，以協助釐清及改善營運問題，提高即時反應速度與決策能力，來達到事前預防與事後降低損失，以提供即時且正確的決策與預測資訊，提高主管決策的品質。

Considering competitive industries in the global market environment, the economy has been gradually moving towards globalization and regional integration. The shipping company faces to Exchange rates, interest rates, fleet, sailing, ship classes, oil, war, port striking, riots and other factors, etc. These reasons will impact the important decision-war intelligence center factor. The research is focused on an application of business intelligence technology to do enterprise application integration (EAI), and this system includes enterprise resource planning (ERP), supply chain management (SCM), customer relationship management (CRM), and external war intelligence center of decision-making factors on the information systems integration, building war room with multiple patterns of digital dashboard. Using visual charts and digital dashboards way to show the situation, the system can clarify and improve operational problems. In addition, immediate reaction speed and decision-making ability can be improved to achieve the pre-prevention in advance and the low post-loss after event. Providing real-time and accurate decision-making and forecasting information, the system can promote the quality of decision-making.
